Carol Robinson—Second Place

With more than 20 years in real estate, Carol has built her career almost entirely through client referrals—a testament to her work ethic, expertise, and the focused attention she gives every person she serves. Clients often say they feel like they’re her only one. Beyond her work with her clients, Carol’s deepest passion is her volunteer work with Women Aware, Middlesex County’s domestic violence organization. She finds purpose in supporting survivors during some of the most difficult moments of their lives and hopes for a future where such services are no longer needed.
In 2025, Carol celebrated a personal milestone with the publication of her book, Little Laughs and Big Hugs: Cherished Moments of Family Conversation, honoring her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.
Kent Pipes—Third Place
$1,000 for The Affordable Homes Group
Kent R. Pipes serves as President of The Affordable Homes Group, the umbrella organization for several nonprofits dedicated to supporting homeless individuals, lower-income families, and seniors.
Under his leadership, programs such as The Salt and Light Company, People First!, Delta Real Estate, and A.L.L.Y., Inc. provide a wide range of housing solutions across the region. Founded in 1986, The Salt and Light Company develops emergency shelters, transitional housing, special-needs permanent housing, and affordable homeownership opportunities.
People First! and Delta Real Estate focus on creating safe, stable housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, while A.L.L.Y., Inc. offers shared living environments designed to support seniors.
