Housing Market Update

February Sees Increase in New Listings Across the Total Market

According to New Jersey Realtors® February housing market data report, new listings year-to-date are up 3% to 16,368 new units for sale. Months supply in February is also up 3.8% in the total market.

Homes are moving faster than last year, averaging 41 days from listing to an accepted offer. While closed sales dropped 4.1% year-to-date in the total market, the townhouse/condo market segment saw a slight increase of 1.4% year-to-date in closed sales.
