The Q2 Data is In!

There were 40,672 closed sales year-to-date in New Jersey with a median sales price of $435,000 year-to-date, according to New Jersey Realtors® June housing market data reports.

The single-family market saw the most single-family closed sales with 27,220 year-to-date while the townhouse-condo market had 9,220 and the adult community market had 3,554 single-family closed sales.

According to the reports, these five towns saw the most closed sales year-to-date: Toms River Twp, Woodbridge Twp, Hamilton Twp (Mercer County), Brick Twp, and Middletown Twp.
