Median Sales Price Continues to Rise
According to New Jersey Realtors® February housing market data reports, the total market median sales price is $410,000 year-to-date, an increase of 2.5% over last year. The single-family median sales price was also on the rise in February, with the year-to-date median sales price reaching $449,000.
While prices are high, buyers are beginning to bid under asking, with the percentage of list price received decreasing by 1.8% year-to-date to 99.2%.
