Register for the New Lead Paint Law Webinar with the DCA

NJ Realtors® is hosting a second lead paint inspection and remediation law webinar with the NJ Department of Community Affairs on Sept. 14 at 1 p.m.

The law requires lead paint inspection and remediation for residential one- and two-family rental properties upon tenant turnover or by July 24, 2024, if there is no tenant turnover. The inspection requirements may vary depending on the community, and the law is not currently tied to time-of-sale requirements.
