Highlight the March Housing Market Data on Social Media This Week

Members of New Jersey Realtors® have access to the most comprehensive housing market data on the state, county, and municipal levels. Use this month's data to highlight your real estate expertise and local market knowledge on social media.

Here are three social media post ideas using the March data:

  1. Median Sales Price: According to the March reports, the single family median sales price in New Jersey year-to-date is $505,000. Pair this stat with your municipality's median sales price for an interesting comparison.
  2. Days on the Market: Single family homes sold in just 42 days. Feature this data point and talk about how long your recent home sale took and how you helped your client along the way.
  3. Percentage of List Price Received: In New Jersey, single family homes sold received 101.5% of the list price year-to-date. Include this stat in a post highlighting the elements of an offer letter.
