LLC Legislation Update

We've received a number of questions regarding the LLC bill, A-5536/S-3590, which allows the formation of limited liability companies by real estate salespersons and broker-salespersons to receive commission income through their broker and requires certain disclosure on promotions.

The NJ Real Estate Commission has not yet promulgated regulations for the law. We will continue to keep members updated.
