Held at the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago, the 2015 AREAA Global + Luxury Summit focused on providing attendees with the skills necessary to position themselves and their businesses as leader’s in international luxury real estate transactions. The event — which spanned three days — comprised of a number of pertinent workshops, including leveraging technology in global transactions, real estate trends around the world, and creating a strong luxury brand.
In addition to the informative sessions, the summit’s attendees, including 2015 NJ REALTORS® President Jean Bonilla, heard from popular and engaging speakers like Donald Trump Jr. and Carmen Chong, the AREAA National Chairwoman.
According to the National Association of REALTORS®, home sales above $1 million in 2014 grew nearly 9 percent over 2013 — more than double any other price point. This, coupled with analysts expectation that luxury sales will at least repeat that performance this year, make the AREAA Global + Luxury Summit and like-minded educational sessions advantageous for REALTORS® looking to take advantage of opportunities presented by the luxury market.
