Join Yuliya Tedeschi, General Counsel for New Jersey REALTORS®, for a focused one-credit continuing education course designed to strengthen your understanding of agency and brokerage relationships in New Jersey. This session will review NJ business relationships, buyer agency, and the use of brokerage services agreements for both sellers/landlords and buyers/tenants.
