NJ Realtors® maintains a presence on Capital Hill throughout the year with our annual Leadership Team hill visits. On these hill visits, key issues are discussed and the NJ Realtors® Leadership Team voices the Realtor® position on federal issues that may affect the real estate industry, specifically in New Jersey.

This trip, typically held in March, always serves as a strong introduction to real estate-related issues because members of the association will again visit the capitol in May, during the Realtor® Party Convention and Trade Expo, when discussions resume with representatives.
