John P. Falcone, GRI, of Oradell’s RE/MAX Real Estate, Ltd. is the 2008 President for the RealSource Association of REALTORS®.  He has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1994.  Also appointed Director of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) and the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR), Falcone has served RealSource in numerous capacities including as a multi-year member of the Association’s Board of Directors, Professional Standards Committee, the MLS User Task Force, the RPAC Committee and the Grievance Committee. He is also an active member of the local chapters of the Elks, Knights of Columbus and AARP.  Throughout his career, Falcone has been distinguished with numerous professional awards and accolades including being named a Trustee of NJAR’s RPAC Committee as well as a multi-year recipient of NJAR’s Circle of Excellence Award.

 

 

Thomas J. Beritelli, GRI, CRB, CRP, broker/owner of Wyckoff’s RE/MAX Real Estate Enterprises is RealSource’s Immediate Past President.  He has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1976 and a licensed broker since 1978.  Also appointed President of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS), Beritelli has served as RealSource’s Professional Standards Committee Chair since 1997.  He is a founding trustee of the Wyckoff Education Foundation and a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR), the NJMLS, the Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS) and the Employee Relocation Council (ERC).  Throughout his career, Beritelli has been distinguished with numerous professional awards and accolades.

Prior to joining the staff of RealSource, she was a licensed REALTOR® Broker Associate for more than 7 years and served on the Pascack Valley and West Bergen Boards of REALTORS.  She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the New Jersey Society of Association Executives.  McKerahan was named REALTOR® of the Year in 1991 by the Pascack Valley Board of REALTORS® and by NJAR.  She has served as a  Library Trustee and as a member of both the  Planning and Zoning Boards of her community.  She also served two  elected terms as a Borough Councilwoman.   During 2007, she served on a New Jersey Real Estate Commission Task Force.  In 2008, she will be the Vice Chair of the NAR's AEC-RCE Certification Board and will continue as the NAR President's Liaison to Korea.
