Quadrennial Code of Ethics Requirements

The current Quadrennial Cycle is:

Within the dates listed above, all REALTORS® must complete ONE approved Quadrennial Ethics course.  In order to complete this course, you have the following options:

• Live Course:  You may take a course with RealSource.  Our courses will grant you CE credit in addition to meeting this requirement.  The next course is:  April 18, 2013.  Click here to register!

• Online Courses:  You may take an online course.  Please note that different online coures are approved for different amounts and types of CE credit, and some issue no credit at all.
  • Cracking the Code of Ethics - available for purchase via the CE shop.  This course will grant you 3 Core CE creidts (icluding 2 ethics components).  There is a fee for this course. Click Here.
  • Quadrennial Ethics Course - available for free via the ACE program.  This course will only grant you 2 core CE credits (including 2 ethics components).  Click Here.
  • Code of Ethics Training Course - available for free via www.realtor.org.  This course will not issue any CE credits. Click Here.

PLEASE NOTE: Only local boards/associations can approve courses for the Quadrennial Ethics requirement. If you see a course being promoted by a school or outside vendor as qualifying for CE and the Quadrennial Ethics requirement, you should contact RealSource prior to taking this course to ensure the board will give credit for this course towards the Quadrennial requirement.
